Every year I get the idea in my head to do some sort of photo challenge for the year. I find one that sounds good, print out the daily prompts and then nothing happens. It never feels right. The words always seem too hard to come up with an idea to photograph and then becomes time consuming.
Just recently I saw Erin Lester post to facebook about starting a project to document the ‘everyday’. I was intrigued! I joined the group and still pondered the idea whether I would stick to it or be able to share anything. Since Olivia has come along I keep my camera out around the house all the time. I have fallen in love with photographing her. I have just never felt I had a purpose to share those photos with anyone besides an Instagram post here and there. But now, I feel like I have just been given permission to share more and right here on my blog! I am so excited to be joining along with “The Now Project”. I may not be able to post weekly but I am going to do my best to make this a fun creative project and not just another task.

Olivia is getting a new room soon. We are just waiting on new carpet to be put in before we can proceed. She loves crawling down the hallway and into this room. I personally love the blank space and light!! I just wanted to watch her explore and play with her new stuffed animals which she is obsessed with. So here is what happened…
