When I met Rose and Steve I was beyond excited to work with them. They are two gentle and loving people who are so perfect together. When we chatted about their vision and ideas for the wedding day I knew it was going to be amazing! When I arrived at the hotel where Rose and her bridesmaids were getting ready I was thrilled to see effort she put into finding all the perfect details. She was inspired by all the lovely wedding blogs like Style Me Pretty where she dreamed up the perfect details for her own wedding day. As a photographer it was a dream to have such pretty details to work with as I photographed her bridal details.
Rose and Steve love going to their family cottage in the summer so they decided to have their wedding at Cedar Springs Community Clubhouse in Burlington where Steve’s parents have a cottage. It was truly a perfect location to bring their vision of a classy, elegant and yet rustic vibe into play. Unfortunately we couldn’t keep the rain away all day but that did not stop this couple and their guests from enjoying this great celebration. We had to make a few changes like moving the ceremony under the pavilion but it was still a gorgeous set up thanks to the talented Erin of Mums Garden Floral Design who created their stunning floral arch where Rose & Steve shared their vows. It was absolutely perfect. The rain held off for the rest of the day so all the guests could enjoy the atmosphere of the clubhouse and mingle outdoors with the beautiful landscape behind them. I am so excited to share with you this gorgeous wedding day. Enjoy!
