There’s something special about a calm summer evening at the beach—the gentle waves, soft golden light, and peaceful atmosphere set the perfect backdrop for a family photo session. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely family at Van Wagner’s Beach in Hamilton.
This family was visiting from Ohio, spending a few days exploring the Hamilton, Niagara, and Toronto areas. They wanted to document their family vacation, and I can’t think of a better way to remember a trip than with beautiful photos.
I truly believe that everyone should consider getting family photos done during vacations. Too often, moms are the ones behind the camera, capturing memories but rarely in them. Booking a photo session while travelling means everyone gets to be part of the story. Plus, you end up with a beautiful keepsake that captures not just the place you visited, but the feeling of being together, away from everyday routines.
